Outreach
HIP’s Outreach Team goes out on the street to locate and engage those clients that are unable or unwilling to come in for services. By offering compassionate, regular support and essential needs, this team builds trust in order to respond when a client wants or needs to do something different. At HIP this begins with the clients walking in and talking with professional triage staff who assist them with immediate needs while supporting them as they connect with long term solutions.
