Case Management
HIP’s Case Managers help client’s with the process to become permanently housed. Case Managers assist clients with accessing health services, entitlement programs, links to employment and advocacy both before and after they are permanently housed. Case Managers often work side by side with the client in determining the best suitable place to live based on budget and wishes. The Case Manager ensures that the client’s needs are met in a compassionate and caring manner.
