Mission
Helps homeless persons in Marion County reach a level of self-sufficiency consistent with their goals and capabilities for health and social well being.

Services
• Walk-in triage for emergency needs (nonmedical)
• Street and shelter outreach
• Case management upon referral by triage staff
• Mobile medical care in shelters, missions, transitional housing programs, streets
• Employment training and placement by appointment
• Special assistance for homeless veterans

We work in collaborations with other agencies to create a well-coordinated network of services.
