How Do I Sign Up?
Gaining access to HealthNet’s safe, secure server on the Patient Portal is easy! All you have to do is give us your non-work e-mail address. The registration desk will give you a username and password. We will also email you this information along with the link to the portal.
You can safely log in with your username and password. This will give you access to your own health record and other helpful features from any computer or smartphone with an internet connection.
We are currently trialing this feature at selective health centers, please ask a staff member at your health center if the Patient Portal is offered at this time.
