Media Policy

Our media policy is designed to ensure the privacy of our patients, as patient confidentiality is our number one priority.

HealthNet’s media relations team is based on cooperation. Our goal is to respond to the media in a timely manner.

Additionally, we assist the media in planning visits that meet HealthNet’s guidelines. This includes sending out media advisories, distributing news releases and/or working directly with the media on newsworthy stories.

The HealthNet media relations team is responsible for coordinating consents for photographs, video recordings and interviews.
