HealthNet receives Health IT Funding
On September 12, $8.5 million was awarded to 85 health centers across the country. These funds, made available through the Health Resources and Services Administration under the Affordable Care Act, will help support health centers with the adoption of health information technology (HIT) to support long-term improvements in quality of care, health outcomes and cost efficiencies. HealthNet was among nine of Indiana’s Community Health Centers that each received $100,000 in funding.
